Delivery and Shipping

1. What is the Estimated time of arrival for my Order?

For Free Standard UK orders, delivery takes 3-5 working
days. With Express Delivery 1-2 working days and with Next working day delivery
its next working day.

2. When will I Receive my Order?

Orders placed before 6am will be shipped the same business day, assuming your address
is correct. You may find information about our many delivery choices here.

3. I'm still awaiting the Delivery of my Order.

We advise you to monitor your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email if the
estimated delivery date has gone. Your package might have been left at a specified location or there might have been an attempt at delivery. Please feel free to contact us at enquiries@qamarclothing.co.uk with any more questions,
and don't forget to provide your order number.

4. Do you ship the Following Day?

Next-day shipping is available
at a cost of £8.99.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

1. How can I process a refund?

2. How long do I have to make a return request?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can ask for a return.

3. What's the turn around time for refunds?

Please allow 6 - 12 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to

4. When a return is sent, what occurs next?

After a return is received, we inspect it to make sure it is in a sellable condition before processing your refund.

Order Issues

1. After placing my order, Can I change it?

We are unable to change an order once it has been placed. If you would need additional assistance, please email us at enquiries@qamarclothing.co.uk with your order number.

2. Where's my Order, Please?

Once your order has been shipped, you can follow its progress using the email you get.

3. What is the Estimated Duration for the Delivery of my Order?

4. What should I do if I receive an item that is Defective or Incorrect?

5. What should I do since I received the Wrong Product?

Although we take great care to hand-pack all purchases with great attention to detail, mistakes can occasionally occur owing to human error and the volume of packages we receive on a daily basis. Should you discover that you were sent the wrong item, send an email to enquiries@qamarclothing.co.uk along with a picture of the item you received and your online purchase receipt. We'll take care of the issue as quickly as we can.

6. In comparison to the product, How Accurate is the Picture?

We strive to guarantee that the colour displayed online most nearly resembles the colour of
the actual product. Due to differing pixel and display resolutions, the colour quality on computers, phones, and screens may change.
