Returns Policy

At Qamar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalised gifts etc cannot be refunded/exchanged.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@qamarclothing.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send forth the return address for you to ship back the item to us.

Return postage is the buyers responsibility. We advice you choose a tracked method of return, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.

Refunds
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@qamarclothing.co.uk.

Exchanges
Exchange Eligibility
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@qamarclothing.co.uk.

Shipping
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
